We think you have done a great job capturing what we went through and the general anguish and uncertainty we dealt with from the time of the accident on April 7 until our daughter was born on May 28. It is natural that our focus has been on raising our daughter this past year but reading through the letter brought a lot of that back to us. It has been great knowing your firm has been handling a lot of tough things on our behalf that would have been very tough to deal with on top of a newborn baby girl. We just want you to know that we appreciate it!
