The staff stay in contact with me via phone and email, they were very knowledgeable, they made sure I understood what was going on at all times, they answered all of my questions, were transparent, and definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone who is in need of there services. They give you a factual time-line on how long the process will take depending on your case, the best customer service, and will work hard to make sure that your are not only happy, but properly taken care of/compensated.
