Then this attorney brought me a check for $1,000 dollars
He told me he had bad news and good news.
The bad news was he did not file my case.
He apologized said he was a stellar attorney and this has never happened to him before and he feels bad and since he is a Christian he was giving me $1,000 out of his own pocket!
Yes I accepted and cashed the check!
I discussed it with several people and they all told me I could not do anything about it because I cashed the check!
Even a receptionist at Glen Learner attorney firm told me since the check stated final settlement and I cashed it, unfortunately there is nothing I could do!
I did not agree!
Then I seen Briskman, Briskman and Greenberg!
I called them spoke with Mr.Greenberg and he accepted my case!
In a very short time we sued the first attorney whom didn’t file my case and Briskman Briskman and Greenberg settled my case for $17,000!
Oh and please don’t let me forget the other attorney , when he gave me the $1,000, he said even if he had filed my case I Would not have gotten much more than$1,000 , after his fees, the hospital bill and the physical therapy bill!
Well I think $17,000 is much more than $1,000!
