Brothers Robert and Arnold Briskman began practicing law in 1968 and 1972, respectively. From the start, they dedicated themselves to helping people in Chicago and beyond get fair compensation in personal injury and workers’ compensation claims.
In 1987, Robert and Arnold formed Briskman & Briskman. The Firm motto — “We’re on Your Side” — describes Robert and Arnold’s mission as lawyers, a mission which has been embraced by all of the Firm’s attorneys. At Briskman Briskman & Greenberg, we build one-on-one relationships with people, providing strong representation dedicated to getting results.

Although Arnold Briskman passed away in 2008, Robert and the rest of the team are still dedicated to upholding the ideals he stood for. We are dedicated to standing up for the underdog, and taking on big business and insurance companies. We are dedicated to doing the right thing for our clients.

Our Family Tradition Continues
Although we have added to our team of lawyers over the years, we are still a family-run firm. Our family tradition continues to this day with the recent addition of Paul Greenberg as co-managing partner. Paul is Robert Briskman’s son-in-law, so he truly understands the importance of family.
